     In 2000, Chef Celeste opened her first cafe in Slaughter, LA., providing for the
gourmet tastes in the area.  Since that time, she has established three locations,
two of which were in downtown Baton Rouge, TaylorMade Gourmet Food and Cgills, a Gourmet Cafe.  Chef Celeste has sold her successful cafes and she is now concentrating on gourmet catering.  She has been selected as the Chef of the Year by the greater Baton Rouge American Culinary Federation, has placed in numerous competitions, and is listed in the Manchester's "Who's Who".
